We serve a God that is able. God is able to do just what he said he will do. He's going to fulfill every promise he's ever made to you. Don't give up on God, because he won't give up on you.
Not only is God able, he's capable. Just because I'm able to do something doesn't mean I'm capable of it. God said, "Not only do I want to do it, I'm willing to do it."
Now unto him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think.
That means God does not just meet needs — he exceeds them. Whatever you're praying for, God says, "I can double that." He'll do exceedingly.
Exceedingly is different from abundantly:
He's bigger than cancer. He's bigger than depression. He's bigger than divorce. He's bigger than what the judge said. He's bigger than legal problems. I serve a God who does what he wants, when he wants, and how he wants.
I don't know who I'm talking to today. You walked in here heavy, tripping over what you're going to do next, and you keep saying, "God, when is it going to come?" I need you to realize: death and life lie in the power of your tongue. You ought to stick your chest out and say, "He's doing it right now."
If you walked in sick, you ought to declare he's doing it. If you walked in with anxiety, walked in with depression, you ought to declare he's doing it.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil.
Not because I've got enough money in the bank. Not because I've got friends who won't leave me. But because thou art with me — the God that was with David, the God that was with Daniel, the God that was with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God that was with Moses, the God that stepped into the fiery furnace with Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. The God of Judah, the God of Israel, the God of Hannah, the God of Esther, the God of Zacharias — that God who stepped into the middle of nothing and declared it to be so, and it was so.
God's been convicting me in the area of prayer, and the power of just bowing in his presence. Many of us are trained to believe that if we work more hours, we'll get what we need. But many of you have lived long enough to know you've grinded and still didn't get what you needed.
It's in his presence — and I know this may not be popular. We live in a proud generation; a lot of us worry about what people think. But every now and again, you ought to just bow in his presence.
Grandmama would say, "Make your seat an altar," and she would kneel before her chair and begin to talk to God. I know this isn't common anymore, and I know we don't do things like this much these days. But there's something you need from God that you're not going to get any other way — it's not until you bow in his presence.
So right now: I submit myself. I submit this ministry, the worship department, the choir, and the people watching from home. I decree and declare that in their homes, they'll begin to fall to their knees and worship the true and risen God — that a spirit of humility will begin to hit this ministry and hit their homes like never before.
Something's breaking right now. Something's shifting right now. God's healing your heart right now — he's mending broken pieces. Families are being mended right now. Soul ties are being broken right now. Bodies are being healed right now. Yokes are being destroyed right now. Chains are breaking.
There is power in the name of Jesus to break every chain.
I hear the chains falling — chains of depression, chains of anxiety. Whatever yoke has been on you, I hear it falling right now.
Hear me: I can preach. We have sermons written for weeks. But the problem the church has made is that we've made Sunday about selfish reasons — we've got to sing a certain song because we rehearsed it, we've got to preach a certain message because we wrote it. Love it or hate it, whenever God shows up, I'm getting out of the way, because there is so much God desires to do in your life.
Literally, in the spirit, I can see people carrying weight — like there's a squat bench press on your back and people just keep adding plates. It's almost like I can see where a mother and father have moved out, and you've got a brother, a cousin, a nephew, and everybody just keeps putting weight on you, weight on you. And the Holy Spirit says, "I'm giving you a strength that you know not of."
I feel God increasing your strength, increasing your resources, increasing your revenue. I speak by faith in Jesus' name that the business God is placing on the inside of you, God will begin to multiply. I speak no lack over your life — that whatever those who depend on you need, God will give you good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over.
I bind up death and death thoughts. I bind up doubt. I bind up fear. I speak by faith that those who seek to plot against you, those who seek to play games and manipulate — there is now a hedge of protection around you.
More oil, more wisdom. I decree and declare that the latter shall be greater — that the next season will be better than the first. I speak fresh wind and new seasons right now. I come against any addiction, any pain, any regrets, anything that seeks to take your mind off the promise.
I speak by faith that God is doing what eyes have not seen and ears have not heard, giving us fresh starts and new beginnings — healing from past hurt, so that this next season won't pass by with you having to depend on yourself alone. God is surrounding you even now, not just in the spirit but in the natural — good friends. Your heart won't be taken for granted. Manipulation won't be your portion.
And the apology you're waiting on — if it never comes, you're already whole in Jesus' name. If they never say, "I'm sorry." If they never explain why they weren't there. If they never repent — you're already stronger. Take your focus off them and focus on him. Become whole. Become strong. Don't carry bitterness and anger in your heart — as of right now, let that go. And you're not carrying it alone.
This room, this stream, is filled with people holding on to anger and holding on to hatred. But God, I decree and declare he releases all of them from it.
I bind every generational curse, and I loose generational blessings. I decree and declare that the pain of the father will not be the pain of his future. The pain of the father will not define what comes next — but the children who come out of him will be better fathers, better leaders than the ones they had.
This isn't just for one person — it's for everyone dealing with parental issues. Create in me a clean heart. It's happening right now.
There's someone fighting for their life right now and nobody knows it. They've been keeping it private, moving as if nothing's wrong, thinking that if they just think positive, things will change. Today they got up and came, saying, "God, I need a sign."
That doctor's report you've been carrying around — the devil is a liar. We claim total healing in the name of Jesus. God is still Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals, and He is healing right now.
We will never be as blessed as we can be if we're still holding on to anger, holding on to hurt, holding on to pain. Some of us are carrying a pain we never thought we'd release.
As long as you hold onto it, God can't place in your life what He desires. Even the blessings God has given you in the past have been contaminated by a mindset shaped by pain, hurt, and sorrow you refuse to let go of. You've tricked yourself into thinking you're protecting yourself, when in reality you're only hurting yourself.
Your heart is ready to be free, but your mind keeps trying to convince you that you don't need people in your business. That's the devil lying to you. Throughout the Bible, people found freedom in organized fellowship — because they had the faith to come, God was bold enough to release it.
I can see in the spirit where words were left unsaid between a parent and a child, and that parent passed away before there was ever closure. There was disconnect and discontent, but never resolution because they were gone before you got the chance.
God is giving you closure in this moment. You've been beating yourself up because there were things you should have said. God says: today I'm giving you closure.
The devil doesn't mind us having good church if nobody gets free. We can shout and sing all day and still get back in the car with the same mess on us.
I hear the Lord saying He's going to reveal and expose covenant connections. Be very alert this week — there are going to be sudden fallouts. God is going to make people say certain things, and you're going to quickly start identifying who God wants in your circle for this season.
Friends you thought would never walk out will walk out — but here's what's different this time: you won't fall apart over it. God is giving you clearance to create distance. Normally when people disconnect from you, you chase them. This time, God is giving you the strength to stand still.
The devil is after your family — more now than ever. That's why I find myself at night going into my kids' rooms, laying hands on them, saying, "Father, in Jesus' name, cover my babies."
This may sound overly spiritual, but it's what God wants: get some olive oil and consecrate it. This week, anoint your doorposts. Why does the devil come in and out of your house whenever he wants? Anoint your doorposts, your bedroom, your children's rooms. The devil is a liar, and the Spirit of the living God is about to fall fresh.
What the devil wants to do is take you out of your blessed place — your best, blessed place. But we will forever stay at His feet.
Every mistake you've made was a lesson you're going to be blessed from. I ask that the shame be lifted, and I speak by faith that you are blessed. I come against abuse. I come against abandonment. Mothers are getting grace for a second chance — from this day forward, nothing shall come between them and their children.
For some of you, going home is not a sign of failure — you are graced and protected for that step. God loves you enough to free you from the weight you've been carrying. Walk in peace. Walk in freedom.
There is a sweet anointing in this sanctuary. There is a stillness in the atmosphere. Oh, come lay down the burdens you have carried, for in this sanctuary God is here.
This is what I never want to lose: a sincere desire to just hear from God. I never want to come before you as a superhero. I wrestle with anxiety just as much as you do. This morning I felt God was going to move, and I got up early just to seek Him, because there's a weight that comes with anointing — it's a crushing.
What the devil wants is for you to always focus on your deficiency, because if you focus on your deficiency, you'll forget that God is sufficient. He's sufficient. That's where you have to lean — into that God-given bond, trusting it, tracing it in prayer.
None of us are worthy. The Bible says our best is like a filthy rag. All the "perfect" people can go have their church somewhere else — but everybody who knows they're messed up, who's got a whole lot of issues, God looks beyond our faults and meets us at our need. You don't have to have it all together to come to God. You can come to Him just as you are.
I didn't fully understand prayer. I knew the Bible said to pray, but I didn't fully grasp the power and responsibility of it. So I reached out to a pastor who lives to pray, not just prays to live. Once a week we get on the phone and pray together, and he's taught me — knowledge is knowing a thing, wisdom is knowing how to apply it.
This is a season of sowing, a season of intercession — but there's a third one: a season of reconciliation. God is reconciling things. There's a peace coming over you. You'll be able to visit a gravesite from a place of peace, not hurt — hearing not what a painful memory says, but God saying, "No, no — mama's proud, baby."
For the couple on the verge of throwing in the towel, some of you who've already filed — go into deep prayer about that. I know what your girlfriend is saying, I know what your partner is saying, but what has God said?
If God isn't in something, it isn't going to last. There's a certain level of grace God gives — certain people are coming into your life now who understand you in a way that blesses you. Appreciate those who have interceded for you and held you down, and stop focusing on who walked out of your life.
The seeds you've been sowing are coming back. Business is going to be blessed. Life is going to be blessed. Family is going to be blessed — and it's because of the grace on your life. Everybody shouts about favor, but this season, I thank Him for the grace that covers and keeps.
I stretch my hands out — to this room and to those watching online — and ask that the peace of God that surpasses all understanding guard our hearts and minds. I come against anxiety. I come against depression. I come against doubt. I come against fear.
Sometimes the problem isn't that we see God wrong — the problem is we see ourselves wrong. Let intercessors rise in this ministry. Young as we are, let us be a spiritual church. Even if we never have another light, another screen — let us be a spiritual church, focused on Jesus, not on titles, recognition, or status. Whether rich or poor, broke or prospering, black or white — all we want is Jesus.
People don't understand how much men wrestle mentally with who they are and what they have to do. When our money isn't right, our minds aren't right. We deal with anxiety, with pressure. When we can't provide what we want to for the people we love, it eats us up — and sometimes we turn to destructive things to cope. But God, give us a peace that surpasses all understanding.
Don't let us get caught up in titles. Don't let us get caught up in recognition. God, don't let us become a church that's all about status. Don't let us become elite. Let us just be a tribe of people who — whether rich or poor, broke or prospering, black or white, over the mountain, under the mountain — all we want is Jesus.
I thank you right now for every brother in this room. Cover them, God. Guard them. Keep them. Bless them. Protect them. Do all that they need right now in the name of Jesus. Lift them up and let them be everything you called them to be. I thank you that their minds are blessed.
People don't understand how much men sometimes wrestle mentally with who they are and what they have to do. When our money isn't right, our minds aren't right. We deal with anxiety. We deal with pressure. When we can't provide for that girl what we want to, it eats us up — and sometimes we turn to weed, we turn to alcohol, we turn to strip clubs, we turn to foolish things. But God, give us a peace that surpasses all understanding.
Put some other good brothers in their lives who will pray with them and won't lead them astray. I pray that they are Psalm 1 men.
Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly. They don't sit in wicked places, but their delight will be in the Lord, and in that shall they meditate in Him day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water. He's going to bear fruit.
Help him to be the best son he could be. Help him to be the best man he could be. Help him to be the best father he can be.
I pray right now for every man in this room who has a child — that they will be obsessed, in a positive way, with being a father. In this nation right now, our babies need daddies. So I speak fatherhood over them: even if the relationship didn't work, they'll still be a good father. We won't bicker and complain over what she's doing with child support — that's not my concern. If I was that concerned, I should have stayed with her.//Since I didn't stay with her, God give me the maturity to do my part and just lock in on my kids. If she takes that money and gets a car, that's the car my child is going to ride in. Help my mindset move past bickering and bitterness and hatred, because there's a life hanging in the balance.
Now God, bless every sister to be a Proverbs 31 woman who knows who she is and obtains favor with God. Help her to understand her value. Help her to understand her anointing. Help her to understand her gift. Bless every woman entrepreneur in this room — help them to stack more than they ever have in their life. Help them to be influential. Help them to be powerful. Help them to be the rock that you called them to be.//Now God, for every mother — give them a motherly spirit. Give them a maternal love that far exceeds selfish things. It's not their mother's job to raise that child — it's their job. Help realign their priorities. If the father didn't work out in the relationship, help them to realize a child is not a bargaining chip. A child is not a tool of manipulation to get him to do whatever you want him to do. If he never loves them, that's not their responsibility — it's their job to love the child, God, and to love that child.
Help us understand as a people that our children need both. My babies need me and their mama. So I speak by faith that we will be a generation who will be committed past our comfort, committed past our preference, and who will stay aligned with what you called us to be.
Now devil, I know you're listening. That's what you do — you eavesdrop. You're sneaky. You're dirty. That's what you do. You manipulate. You find ways to get us off track. So I want to publicly acknowledge, devil, I know you're real. I know you're listening. But if God be for us, who can be against us?
So right now we plead the blood of Jesus from the top of their heads down to the soles of their feet. We plead the blood over their relationships, over their businesses, over their health, over their family. Spirit of the living God, if we ever needed you, we need you right now — and we will forever be grateful, eternally grateful, that you shined your light on us.
I want to say this because I don't think we understand spiritual things sometimes. Whenever God moves like this, be very careful. Don't leave out of here and just pick your phone up — I want to show you what happens a lot of times. Spiritually, you're in a good place, and what the devil does is distract. You'll walk out of here, and within the next six minutes you'll start checking your phone, and it'll be stuff that pulls you out of where God has you.
So if I were you — even when I dismiss you, even you online — I would just get in that car and get to myself and begin to talk to God.
I said it two weeks ago and y'all didn't hear me: heaven is open. You can't be sowing like we're sowing and believing like we're believing and not expect heaven to be open.
Here's the equivalent: if you wash your hair and then go right outside, what's going to happen? You're going to get sick, because your pores are open. Spiritually, you are open in a sense. So do me a favor, and I mean it from the bottom of my heart — even if you get in the car, just put on some worship music. Trust your pastor on this. I've walked out of this sanctuary before and gotten into a fuss with my wife that quickly over something that happened in children's church — because that's how the devil works. He'll use your kid, he'll use a snake, he will literally use anything he can to pull you out of a blessed place.
I want to pray for you right now as we prepare to leave. God has so much in store for you — I am not playing when I say that.
I want to speak this over your life. Repeat after me:
"My harvest is coming. My abundance is here. Doors are opening. Blessings are flowing. And victory is mine."
Now I'm going to read it again, and I need you to act like you know what God is about to do with you. Shake your neighbor and say, "Neighbor, I'm about to declare something over your life, and I need you to shout like it's already yours." You ought to shout: "My harvest is coming. My abundance is here. Doors are opening. Blessings are flowing. And victory is mine." You ought to shout like it's already mine. Look at your neighbor and say, "Neighbor, it's already mine."
Just in case the devil messes with you this week — the blood still works. The blood still works. God bless y'all. Go in peace. I plead the blood of Jesus over you. I decree and declare: God, your will, nothing more, nothing less, nothing else. In Jesus' name. Go ahead and have church. Go ahead and make the devil mad.
