Brethren, we are living in a dispensation where we must be discerning about what God is doing. The scripture tells us in Acts 2:20, "The sun shall be turned into darkness and the moon into blood before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord." There are events that must take place before our King comes, and if the church is not sensitive to the times and seasons, things will catch up with us on our way.
We are living in an era where we focus so much on the acts of God, the wonders of God, the miracles of God, rather than seeking after the personality of Jesus himself. God does not want to give the church a car. God does not want to give the church a building. God has already given the church the fullness of himself—that is the Holy Spirit dwelling inside of you.
If there is anything the church must seek after, it is the Holy Spirit. If there is anything the church must focus on, it is to build a personal relationship with the Holy Spirit. Whether there be prophecy, a day will come when they will expire. Prophecy has an expiring date. Miracles have a day when they will cease. But the Holy Spirit will abide with us forever. He has been given to the church to show us the fullness of God, and that is what in this end time we must crave after.
We live in a dispensation where people believe in the anointing oil even more than the name Jesus. You can pray with a church member until you touch the person with the anointing oil, and only then do they believe they have received something. But hear me: in the mind of God, you are not even supposed to be sick, because sickness cannot dwell in the same vessel, the same body, with the Holy Spirit.
If the church will put Jesus first, all other things will fall into place. The reason why we are struggling in the Christian domain is that we put material things—perishable things that do not have value in eternity—ahead of Jesus. These things are supposed to be additions, not the main thing.
My message is simple: Jesus is the man approved by God. Prior to his crucifixion, there was great tension in Jerusalem. Many events happened back to back. After he went to the cross, his body was even stolen. But when Peter stood before the congregation, he was making reference to the past events.
The man that lived among you performed miracles. You witnessed his healings. You saw the acts of God that he displayed in his teachings. He gave his disciples the power to speak in unknown tongues. The doctors, the Pharisees, the noble men—they followed Jesus. But they could not descend into the understanding of what must happen. Yet Jesus told them in Acts 3:1 to go wait in Jerusalem until they received the promise of the Father, which is the Holy Spirit.
In Acts 1:1-3, the former accounts are made of all that Jesus began both to do and teach. To whom he also presented himself alive after his suffering by many infallible proofs, being seen by them during forty days and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God. For forty days after his resurrection, Jesus was still ministering. He was still preaching about the kingdom of God.
There is something about the kingdom that the church must know. You have been redeemed into a kingdom to make others also kingdom citizens. We were brought out of darkness and translated into light. We are brought from the kingdom of darkness into the Kingdom of Light. We belong to a kingdom where we have a strong Army—the Angels. Jesus himself said, "Can't I presently pray my Father to send me twelve Legions of angels?" We belong to a kingdom that has its own Constitution: the Word of God.
Jesus was preaching about the kingdom. He was preaching about the things pertaining to the kingdom. The events that are happening in the dispensation in which we live will happen so fast. But when we hold on to the Kingdom Agenda, the kingdom message, it doesn't matter what mountains we face—they will be moved. It doesn't matter what is happening—He will preserve His own.
Don't be moved by what is happening in the nations. These things must happen. You and I cannot do anything about them, but if you stay connected to your God, He will sell you through every storm. He will not give you as a prey to the teeth of the events that are happening. He will never give up on the church. Stay connected to Him. Stay focused on this Jesus. Make Him your life. If care is not taken, even the very elect will be deceived.
Every product must meet a standard. Jesus's approval and endorsement was not by an earthly man or an earthly woman. He was approved by the Father himself to die on your behalf, to pay the price in full, to reconcile you and me to the Father. And if He is your source, you cannot be a failure in life. If He is your source, you cannot live a low life here on earth.
But the challenge of the church is that we see Him as a source, but not the source. He is a factor, but He is the factor. You cannot live a fulfilled life here outside of Jesus. You cannot make it in this life outside of this Jesus. He is your life. He is my life. Without Him, there is no life. Everything must be built on Christ. Everything is a source, but He is the source.
The same way Jesus was approved by the Father—are you also approved by Him? Are your deeds, your works, even in the Christian domain, approved of God? Are your words pleasing unto Him, or are you a man-pleaser?
While Jesus was on earth, He sought only one thing: the will of the Father. His meat is to do the will of He who sent Him. Are you doing the will of Him who sent you? All other things don't have value. The main thing is Christ. The only thing you must seek after and have is this Jesus. All other things in eternity have no value. Your car, your building—they are perishable things. When God sees you from heaven, He sees the fullness of Himself, not a car. When God sees you from heaven, He sees a portion of Himself bringing others into the kingdom. He doesn't see a two-bedroom or a three-bedroom.
There is a mindset the church is supposed to carry. If God sends you to Prudential Bank, God is not sending you there to make money. God is sending one of His own to represent Him, so that there should be order in the place. The purpose for sending you to that bank is not to make money—if you stay in your room, it can equally bring that same money to you. He is sending you as a branch of Himself to make disciples where He is sending you.
So it doesn't matter where you find yourself. You can be at the market, at that small corner where you are—that is an ambassador sitting there. That is a representative of Heaven, not only to sell your goods but also to bring your channel, to bring others into the kingdom. But we are consumed. Our focus, our attention is on many things. So many things make us forget the reason why God has sent us there.
This Jesus that we have is more than money. Jesus is more than material things. So wherever you go, you go in His fullness. You have the full backing of Heaven to influence the locality or the place where you find yourself. But are we functioning in our capacity? Are we functioning in our capacity?
If we are indeed on course, as we come into this program, every one of us will come with a soul. So if there are 100 of us seated here, we already have 200. Some will go to the center of bringing two or three, but are we on course, church? Are we on course?
There are souls all around us. There are people all around us that we can talk to, that we can bring into the kingdom. But are we doing that? Are we on course for Christ? Are we His arm? Are we His leg? Are we His eyes where we find ourselves? This Jesus emptied Himself into you. He is seated in heaven, and He knows that my son, my daughter, is there to represent Me.
In Genesis 18:19, God Himself spoke of Abraham: "I know my servant Abraham. I know him. He will command his household after the things of God. I know him. Does God know you? Or does He know you as the queen of makeup, the king of dressing? What does heaven know you for?"
For I have known him in order that he may command his children and his household after him, that they may keep the way of the Lord, to do righteousness and justice, that the Lord may bring to Abraham what He has spoken to him.
Once you are fulfilling the will of the Father, all the things the Gentiles are seeking after, He will give you those things. I cannot wake up and the thing that consumes me is what will I eat, what will I wear? No. What consumes a believer is God. What will the next meal come from? Your heavenly Father knows that you eat. He is aware. He is there for you to have full strength. You need to eat, but put His kingdom first and see if He will not give you three square meals a day.
This Jesus who has been approved by God has also approved you to be His son or His daughter. But are we on course for Him? Are we on course?
Jesus is a man of power. He said, "All power belongs to me. All authority belongs to me." The fullness of their power is inside of you. It's inside of me. To do what? The power He gives you, the authority He gives you—what is it for? It is to propagate the gospel. It is not to go and be fighting with witches and wizards. Principalities and Powers are under the foot of a believer. Satan is not a match for you.
The power God has given the church is to win souls, to bring souls into the kingdom. When you get to an environment where a gentile and an unbeliever is sick, all you need is to lay hands on the person. They receive healing. The next day, they are in the church. That is the essence of the power He has given to the church.
All authority is inside of you. The fullness of Heaven is inside of you. You are not able to exercise that authority or power because you are not moving. Once you move and the movement is for the advancement of the Kingdom, the power will automatically flow. It is there. It is inside of you. The power will not work until you move. Once you take the initiative and you exercise that power, you exercise that authority—there will be an instant visitation. He comes to honor your wish. He bows to whatever you say.
He is a man of power. So why are you sitting down with that power? Why is the church not putting that power to use? It is because you are not moving. God expects us to always be on the move. It is in the going that the power becomes very effective.
This Jesus could not and can never be subject to decay or corruption. This same Jesus that you are seeing in His fullness—there can never be a decay, death, or corruption in your life when He's walking with you. No power, no force, no spirit can defeat you. There is nothing—absolutely nothing—that can bring a believer down when this Jesus is with you.
We have seen Him. We have tasted of His power. And in His name, you are seeing the breath speak in these unknown tongues. It is not by any magic. It is not by any orchestration of man, but it is in the fulfillment of a prophetic word that He released while He was among them.
There is no other God. There is no other king that can be compared to Jesus. Seek after Him. Seek to have a personal relationship with Him.
I have been saying these few minutes that He has already been approved. He has already been attested by God. And the same He has done to the church. When we rise with this understanding, we will see His power in every area of our life. Sickness cannot dominate us if this Jesus is working with you. There is no decay. Nothing can ever bring you down when this Jesus is working with you.
I pray His presence will continually be with you. I pray you will continually be led in the way you should go. I pray that His eye will continually be upon you.
Let us pray. Lift up your right hand. Say: "Lord Jesus, come afresh upon me. Fill me afresh. Touch me afresh. Lead me afresh. Work with me afresh." Lift your voice and begin to talk to Him. Pray for the infilling of the Father. Pray for the leading of the Father. Pray for the guidance of the Father one more time.
Heavenly Father, we give you thanks for Your own fullness. She begot us into nine. We've come one more time to You. Yes, and we say feel us afresh. Feel us, Lord. Every yourself one more time into us, O God. May we begin to seek You more than never before. May we begin to walk before You more than never before. May we seek after Your kingdom and the righteousness of the Kingdom more than never before. And above all, O God, may Your will for our lives, may Your cancer for our lives be fulfilled. We thank You. We bless You. We give You praise, and we give You glory in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.
