Welcome, everyone. We're speaking in French and English so everyone can be at ease and understand clearly. This year, 2024, is truly the year of explosive miracles from every side. One of the reasons I was so eager to come here was to see the ministry of Archbishop Charles Agyinasare being exposed to the entire Francophone world across Africa, Europe, and Asia.
What really shocked me was the simplicity with which these extraordinary works are happening. The Archbishop here is being used by God for salvation, healing, and deliverance on an international scale, with churches spread across Africa, Europe, and Asia. He is the senior pastor of Dominion Perez Church, a mega-church of over 14,000 seats in Accra, Ghana. He is an author of more than 80 books and founder of Precious TV, a Christian television network with impact beyond borders.
Tonight, before we see the power of God at work, let me tell you: your life will never be the same after this encounter. We're here to witness not just miracles, but extraordinary miracles—the kind that astound even the most skeptical hearts.
There is a difference between miracles and extraordinary miracles. In Acts 19:11, we read:
"The Lord performed extraordinary miracles through Paul. Even handkerchiefs and aprons that had touched him were taken to the sick, and their illnesses were cured and the evil spirits left them."
Extraordinary miracles are those that go beyond the normal scope of healing—they are the manifestations of God's power that leave no room for doubt or medical explanation.
A Young Man from Congo
A young pastor from Congo came to see me. He was dying. He had been to the best hospitals in Congo, then to the best hospital in Gabon, yet nothing worked. He came to my house desperate for prayer. I asked him to take specific books from my Francophone collection and to pray with power and faith. The books were on The Power in Prayer and Fasting and Evangelism: Planning Crusades.
I told him to leave and to pray with power. As he began reading the book on evangelism and crusade planning, before he even reached the last page, he felt a strong force move through his entire body. He heard a voice saying, "You can do it!" He told his assembly about the book and about what he had experienced.
A man came to him and said, "Bishop, there's a girl here who is paralyzed. Nothing works for her. Can you pray for her?" He prayed, and he commanded, "In the name of Jesus, receive your daughter. You can receive her." The woman cried out, and the girl was healed. That young man then organized a crusade based on what he learned from the book, and extraordinary miracles began to happen.
A Woman with Destroyed Faith
Years ago, there was a woman whose faith had been completely destroyed. For a year and a half, she could not eat. Her mother heard that I was coming, so she went to the hospital wanting to take her daughter out, but the doctors refused. The doctor told her, "Just take a photo and bring it to the bishop." They brought the photo and we prayed. The next day, that girl—who hadn't eaten for an entire year and a half—began to eat normally. This is what extraordinary miracles look like in ministry.
In 1983, when I was just 23 years old, I didn't have money for expensive meetings or publicity. There was no social media then, no television advertising. I went to a city and told the pastor, "I'm here, and I want to hold a crusade."
On the first day, 40 people came. The second day, 150 people. By the third day, the small room was overflowing, so we had to move to the large church—the same way we moved from a small hall yesterday to this auditorium today.
When I began to share my testimony in the large church, the security officer suddenly ran into the building and, before all the church leaders and my wife, he said: "My wife has been paralyzed for 12 years. I heard your testimony about Jesus. Can you come and pray for her? I am a Muslim."
In that moment, I could no longer hide. Before all the leaders of the church, I had to declare: "Yes, I can come." We went, and I saw the woman where she lay. I commanded her, "Rise and walk." Suddenly, she got up and began to walk. Her husband ran through the community crying, "My wife who was paralyzed for 12 years is healed!"
Then a young man from the Presbyterian church came to see the power of this testimony. He said to me, "I have something wrong with me." I invited him to my house, and he began to tell me about his condition. But it was in that moment that the direction of my entire ministry changed.
I fasted for 21 days for a man living without legs. He had no visible legs—no covers for his feet. During the visit, he opened up about his condition. When he left, I began to see miracles manifesting.
A woman came one afternoon and asked, "Can you lay your wonderful hand on my stomach? I'm in terrible pain." I began to weep because of what was happening. I asked, "Can you come and let me touch your legs without praying for them in my usual way?"
In the village next to where I was holding a crusade, someone asked, "Can you come tomorrow morning to pray for us?" I rode my motorcycle there, and suddenly the word of the Lord came into my spirit: "Two or three are gathered in My name." It was as if I was in a vision. The fear of the Lord came upon me. I said, "Behind every sickness there is a demon. The demons are subject to us in Your name."
I went to that meeting and I began to command the demons to leave. I commanded them to come out. I heard and I listened. I completed the prayer. I prayed the same for the paralyzed, and they began to walk.
Then God gave me a specific word: "This is a specific word of God for a specific person for a specific purpose." God gives His word like this. The seventy disciples went and returned to Jesus saying, "Lord, even the demons are subject to us in Your name!"
While I was thanking God and praising Him, the Lord told me: "I will fill the auditorium and the streets with people, and I will come down with My power of miracles and heal them with extraordinary miracles."
There is someone here with a specific problem—God is healing that right now in the name of Jesus. There is someone with a growth in the right ear—it is being healed now in the name of Jesus.
I was preaching in a crusade, and for three nights I saw miracles. Miracles! I said, "No, God will do it." Can the media send us the video of what happened? In the name of Jesus, I command this rain to stop by the power of the Holy Spirit. In the name of Jesus, He opens eyes and ears.
I told them, "This is nothing. Yesterday He commanded the rain to stop, and the rain ceased." The Lord stopped the rain, and it didn't rain. We give praise to the Lord.
In a place where it rains every day, we arrived and the rain stopped. From the day we arrived until the day we finished, it didn't rain. After we left, the Lord told me: "After this meeting, I will call out people from the same circumstances that called you."
Young people and others—He has opened doors. He says, "Through this meeting, the issue of the same grace that you received, praise that grace." In the ministry of Jesus, He alone healed the sick, but the extraordinary miracles—listen to Matthew 15:30-31:
"A great crowd came to him, bringing the lame, the blind, the crippled, the mute and many others, and laid them at his feet; and he healed them. The people were amazed when they saw the mute speaking, the crippled made well, the lame walking and the blind seeing. And they praised the God of Israel."
When we say someone is "lame" in English, it means a part of their body is missing. A limb has left their body. What happens with this man? The person who watches—what is happening to him? What is happening? What is happening? Listen to the power of God. Touch your eyes. And the water stops now. Not only do you have a problem with your eyes, but you also don't hear well. And you're healed. Your ears are being healed now. Remove your hands from your eyes. You can remove your hands from your eyes. Walk out of your seat. You can come out of your seat. A Woman Paralyzed for Twelve Years

The Holy Spirit now wants to heal with problems of the spine, with problems at the level of the foot. I will pray for you, and I command you to begin to do what you couldn't do. A Man Who Couldn't Walk for Twenty Years

A Woman Healed After Twenty Years

What this word means is that because God created your body, He has spare parts. Car manufacturers create cars, and they create spare parts. God made your body, so He has parts. There are people after this meeting—I remember in Congo very well. His marvelous wife, I felt at home. The Lord was represented very well there. When I was there, there was a woman who had hemorrhoids. She couldn't sit, and suddenly the hemorrhoids disappeared.
There are people here. The Holy Spirit wants to heal you of hemorrhoids. There are people here. We had prepared for surgery before you, but you will be fine. This falls. The other two will disappear. Give God the praise. Give Him the worship. Give Him the adoration. Worship the spare parts of our body. Jesus created them.
I was preaching and I saw a new testimony. Within meetings, a young man arrived and said, "Can you bring us on?"
