Welcome to the month of supernatural help in your finances. The Lord has declared this season, and we want you to understand that help shall attend to you. Throughout this month, we will explore how God can intervene supernaturally in your financial life—not through quick money or miracle alerts, but through divine processes and God's active involvement in your prosperity.
This teaching builds on what we have covered in our solemn assembly, where we broke bread and remembered how God worked for the Israelites. During their captivity in Egypt for 430 years, as they observed the Passover and broke bread, God was actively working in the camp of the Egyptians, releasing His people. We learned that the God who says He will help you in your finances holds the whole world in His hands. The wealth of God is immeasurable—when we talk about the solar system, galaxies, and the entire universe, what we possess on earth is highly insignificant to God.
"And you shall remember the Lord thy God. For it is he who gives thee power to get wealth that he may establish his covenant which is swore to your father as it is this day." — Deuteronomy 8:18
Remembering the Lord your God means that God's role in prosperity is absolutely crucial. When the spiritual world says yes to your prosperity, everything on earth begins to work for you. When the spiritual world says no, even if you are the hardest worker in the world, nothing will work. But thank God—God has pronounced yes upon us, and we shall prosper in Jesus name.
Moses spoke these words to the children of Israel as they were about to cross into the promised land. The generation that left Egypt had all died in the wilderness because of unbelief. God had said to them: "As you have said in my ears, so I shall do to you." They had complained, "Why have we not died in Egypt?" And God responded, "Your children will enter the promised land, but you will perish in the wilderness."
For forty years they wandered. When the last of that generation died—except for Joshua and Caleb—God said to the new generation: "You have dwelt too long around this mountain. It is time for you to move."
As they approached the promised land, Moses dropped this word to them:
"This land that you are going is a land of prosperity. This land that you are going is a land flowing with milk and honey. When you get there, you must remember the Lord your God. For it is he that has given you power to get wealth."
Moses warned them not to think their prosperity would come from their own strength or righteousness. They were the smallest of all nations and the most rebellious of people. But God was giving them this land by favor—by the covenant He had sworn with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
Did God actually fulfill this promise? Yes. When they entered the promised land, God chased out all the giants and enemies before them. They entered into prosperity. God gave them victories—victories they didn't even know how to fight. God gave them land and food, a land flowing with milk and honey. They received abundant harvests.
God told them:
"I have given you a land that you have not worked for. I have built you cities you have not built yourself."
God fulfilled His word then, and He will fulfill it in your life. There shall be supernatural help in your finances, divine intervention in your finances.
This is not about miracle alerts or quick money. If you find money in a bag on the street with no CCTV and no one around, take it to the police station. If a cash machine gives out double money by mistake, do not call your family members to come collect free money. As Christians, we maintain our integrity. We do not defraud people or take advantage of others' mistakes.
Instead, supernatural help is God helping you into financial independence through a process, by divine intervention, through a process. There must be a process. Your part and God's part work together.
God will distribute this in different ways:
Let me share the wealth of God with you. Scientists have discovered 1.74 million metric tons of silver on earth alone. But if we look beyond earth, they have found diamond rain falling in Jupiter and Saturn. You could fit 760 earths inside Saturn, and it rains diamonds there. There is even a planet 70 light years away called 55 Cancri e, believed to be one-third composed of silver—just silver.
The Bible says: "Silver and gold are mine" (Haggai 2:8).
There is a joke that goes: A wealthy man went to heaven with a bar of gold in his pocket. The angel asked, "What's the most precious thing you've brought?" When he showed his gold, the angel laughed and said, "Why have you brought floor tiles? The streets of heaven are paved with gold."
If God says He will help you in your finances, He has all the capability. God will help us in Jesus name.
"For I am the Lord thy God, who takes hold of your right hand. Do not fear in your finances. Do not fear. I will help you." — Isaiah 41:13
For many of us, finances are among the top things that cause sleepless nights—waking us up at night, filling us with anxiety. But God says to you this month: I will hold your right hand, and I am saying unto you, do not fear. I will help you.
"Thus says the Lord, you shall see neither the wind nor the rain, but thy valley shall be filled with water. Thy valley shall be filled with water. You shall drink and your cattle shall drink." — 2 Kings 3:17
This is what supernatural help in your finances looks like.
Tell somebody: be expectant. The same word is released, but different people receive different blessings because our expectations differ. Some receive the word with their full heart, while others receive it but doubt—"I don't even have confidence in myself; how can I prosper?"
The Bible says:
"The expectation of the righteous will not be cut off." (Proverbs 10:24)
God is speaking to you. He wants to help you. Be expectant.
Be sensitive. Your breakthrough might not come in an earthquake or a whirlwind. It might come as a gentle, still small voice. God may not repeat Himself. Write every instruction down. This month, do not miss any instruction.
I make it a practice: if I receive any word or instruction while driving, I tell someone in the car, "Send me a text with that." One of my children once asked, "Daddy, are you not tired of receiving my texts?" I said, "How can I be tired? You are helping me capture what I might otherwise forget."
Obey every instruction that comes. Do not miss any opportunity. God may give you only one chance—as He did with Joseph before Pharaoh—to declare you as prime minister. You may not have that opportunity again. When opportunity comes, when chance comes, do not miss it in Jesus name.
God can give you grace to do something that will get His attention. When you please God, He will make a pronouncement of eternal prosperity upon your generation.
This happened with Solomon. Nobody had ever sacrificed 1,000 bulls. Where did this idea come from? How did he think of it? When the idea came, he could have pushed it away, but he moved forward. God inspired him. He sacrificed, and God came to him at night and said, "Ask me whatever you want."
Solomon did not ask for normal things. He asked for wisdom to lead God's people and to fulfill God's will. The Bible says: "His speech pleased the Lord." God looked at his sacrifice and response and said:
"You have not asked for all this, but what you have not asked for I will give you." (1 Kings 3:11)
I am praying for you: This month, God will give you grace to do something that will get God's attention, that will please God, and God will make a pronouncement upon you and your generation, saying, "Silver and gold I have released into this life in the name of Jesus."
God is connecting somebody to a source of wealth or a destiny helper in the name of Jesus. The source of wealth showed me something and said: "HARD WORK, HARD WORK." You are in need because you are not working. This means you have your part to play, and God has His part to play. God will connect you to the source; you must do your part.
Look at the story of Elijah and the widow at Zarephath:
"Sometime later the brook dried up...The word of the Lord came to him: 'Go at once to Zarephath in the region of Sidon and stay there. I have directed a widow there to supply you with food.'" (1 Kings 17:7–9)
The widow didn't even know she had been appointed by God. God had seen her need during the famine and had prepared her to meet Elijah's need. When Elijah arrived at the town gate, there was the widow gathering sticks. What prompted her to leave her home at that exact moment? That is divine orchestration.
That is what will attend to somebody this month. There is a journey you have to make to connect with a source of wealth. That journey you will make. That day you will not have an excuse in the name of Jesus.
Some of us will miss this because of distractions. Someone might call and say, "Come here," but you say, "No, I'm going to church." You might even spend money on offerings and parking, but the journey to your destiny is worth it. Make that journey. Nothing will distort you in the name of Jesus Christ.
God can bless the work of your hands. You can have the best training in the world. You can attend the best university. You can be the best in your field. But you cannot buy the breath of God upon your career. It is the blessings of God that make rich and add no sorrow.
Read Luke chapter 5—the story of Peter's miraculous catch:
"When they had done so, they caught such a large number of fish that their nets began to break." (Luke 5:6)
They had toiled all night, catching nothing. But when Jesus got into their boat, miraculous catch attended to them. When God blesses your business or career, everything expands.
Receive the breath of God in Jesus name. Yes, you have been doing this business for a long time. This month, the breath of God is coming upon your career. There were many employed in your company at the same time, but the breath of God is coming upon you in the name of Jesus Christ.
Divine wisdom. God can give you wisdom that your organization and the whole world has been looking for. Even the foolishness of God is wiser than men.
Consider: Human experience spans perhaps 15 to 80 years in a lifetime. But God has been dealing with mankind for 2,000 years. When God gives you wisdom, He draws from infinite understanding. He can see patterns that repeat themselves and solutions that have worked before.
"God gave Solomon wisdom and very great insight, and a breadth of understanding as measureless as the sand on the seashore." (1 Kings 4:29)
Solomon's wealth came from his wisdom. People traveled from all over the world to hear him. The Queen of Sheba came to test his wisdom. God is giving somebody wisdom this month to launch them into supernatural help in finances.
I knew a man who was very poor. He lived with his uncle and aunt, who sold alcohol to help him with his academics. When he got born again, he preached to them, and they stopped selling alcohol. Somehow, he got placed in Shell in Africa. For years, the company had been struggling with a problem: water mixing with crude oil during extraction.
God gave him wisdom. While still in his fourth year of university, God gave him wisdom. He wrote a program that could separate water from crude oil. The company gave him a choice: "Work for us for life, or go to Scotland, train, and become a professor." A man who entered school as a poor student—God gave him wisdom, and it became his solution.
This month, God may bring a problem around that only you can solve. A problem in your company, in your industry, in the whole world—that only you can solve. This is not the time to run away. This is the time to be a problem solver. Daniel was lifted up by God. God gave a dream to a king, and the king forgot it and became confused. But Daniel became a problem solver. This month, you will be a problem solver, and God will give you all the enablement.
God can give you divine inspiration for the future. In Revelation 9, the Apostle John saw something after the blowing of the fifth trumpet. He described grasshoppers coming from the abyss. Scientists have studied these descriptions and realized John was actually seeing a military helicopter. In 95 AD, John saw something in the spirit that only resembled a helicopter—the only reference point he had. If God could reveal that to John, God can reveal future things to you in Jesus name.
Supernatural help in your finances is not for you if you are not born again. What will you do with the money? Some people, when God blesses them, open a club—a den of vipers. But God wants you in His camp. To key into this supernatural help, you must be born again. You must have given your life to Christ. You must be living right with God.
I pray that even as you make a decision today, you will encounter Jesus. You must be a channel of His blessing to the kingdom. This is very important.
Father, we thank you. In any way that you will show up for us this month, Lord, we pray that we will not miss it. You will help us. You will launch us into financial independence in Jesus name. Amen.
